To confirm a shipped order:

  1. On the 'Orders List' page, locate and select the appropriate RFP.

  2. Access the 'Production' tab within the RFP's detail page and identify the component ready for shipment.

  3. Click Marked Shipped to register the item as dispatched.

Confirming shipment is a critical action that not only updates the order's status but also sends an estimated time of arrival (ETA) to the hardware company.
