Scheduling Delivery Dates

Schedule Delivery Dates in Partsimony to update the status of a Shipment Schedule within an Order from Queued to ensure that Components arrive when and where they are needed.

Step-by-step

  1. Navigate to the Orders List page and select the desired Order for scheduling.

  2. Select a queued Shipment Schedule and click Schedule Delivery Date

  3. Enter the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) of the delivery and designate the payment Recipient.

    Note: You can split a payment between multiple recipients in Partsimony.

  4. Click the Schedule button to update the status of the shipment from Queued to in Production.

After setting a delivery schedule, a confirmation toast message will display for a moment in green at the top of the page.
